(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천시가 오는 3월 27일 ‘의료·요양 등 지역 돌봄의 통합지원에 관한 법률(이하 지역돌봄통합지원법)’의 본격 시행을 앞두고, 현장 대응력을 최고조로 끌어올리는 데 집중하고 있다고 밝혔다.
인천시에 따르면, 시는 24일부터 25일까지 이틀간 읍·면·동 통합돌봄 담당 공무원과 보건소 실무자 300여 명을 대상으로 ‘2026년 의료·요양 통합돌봄 실무자 역량 강화 교육’을 실시한다고 밝혔다.
이번 교육은 사업 시행에 앞서 현장 실무자의 정책 이해도와 업무 수행 역량을 강화하기 위해 마련됐다.
교육은 회차별 150명씩 양일간 진행되며, 주요 내용은 읍·면·동 통합돌봄의 이해, 국가 돌봄서비스의 체계, 통합돌봄 실천사례 학습 등으로 구성된다.
또한, 통합돌봄 업무 절차와 현장 담당자의 역할, 대상자 발굴 및 조사, 개인별 지원계획 수립 등 실무 중심 교육을 중점적으로 다룰 예정이다.
특히, 실제 사례 중심 교육을 통해 대상자 발굴부터 통합판정, 개인별 지원계획 수립과 사후 점검까지 통합돌봄 업무 전 과정에 대한 실무 이해도를 높일 계획이다.
이번 교육은 한국보건복지인재원과 협력하여 전문 교육과정으로 운영되며, 인천시는 제도 도입에 앞서 현장의 업무 수행 역량을 강화하고 돌봄이 필요한 시민이 지역사회에서 안정적으로 생활할 수 있도록 지역사회 중심 통합돌봄 체계 구축에 힘쓸 계획이다.
