이번 수상은 충주시농업기술센터가 추진한 복숭아 활용 막걸리 개발 시험연구의 성과로, 지역 농산물인 복숭아와 쌀을 활용한 차별화된 제품 개발의 경쟁력과 고부가가치 창출 가능성을 입증했다.
