【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=충청북도교육청은 24일 오전 10시 도교육청에서 충북교사노동조합(위원장 유윤식)과 <2025년 보충교섭 단체협약>을 체결했다.
이번 협약은 2020년 단체협약의 수정합의 4건, 삭제합의 14건, 보충협약 28건 등 총 46건으로 구성됐으며, 교원의 권익 보호와 근무여건 개선, 교육활동 지원 강화를 중심으로 반영됐다.

충북교육청은 이번 협약이 교원의 교육활동을 보다 안정적으로 보호하고 학교 현장의 실질적인 어려움을 완화하는 데 도움이 될 것으로 보고 있다.
