이택수 영동군 부군수는 환영사를 통해 “오늘날 우리가 누리는 자유와 번영은 여러분의 숭고한 헌신과 고귀한 희생 덕분”이라며 “이번 대회가 삼도의 화합을 도모하고 국가안보 의지를 더욱 공고히 하는 계기가 되길 바란다”고 전했다.
