<브레이크뉴스 가평 = 이용하 기자> 가평군이 군민들의 소중한 재산권을 보호하고 개별공시지가 산정의 투명성을 대폭 높이기 위해 ‘감정평가사 민원상담제’를 본격 운영한다고 25일 밝혔다.
이번 제도는 매년 공시지가 산정 과정에서 발생하는 군민들의 궁금증을 해소하기 위한 맞춤형 행정 서비스다. 군 담당 감정평가사가 직접 민원인과 소통하며 전문적인 상담을 제공하는 것이 핵심이다.
상담은 2026년 1월 1일 기준 개별공시지가를 대상으로 진행된다. 상반기에는 의견제출 기간(3월 18일~4월 6일)과 이의신청 기간(4월 30일~5월 29일)에 맞춰 집중 운영된다. 하반기 수시분 역시 의견제출(9월 1일~22일) 및 이의신청(10월 29일~11월 27일) 기간에 동일하게 맞춤형 상담을 실시할 예정이다.
상담을 원하는 토지소유자나 이해관계인은 가평군 민원지적과에 사전 신청하면 된다. 신청 후에는 담당 감정평가사가 유선 전화는 물론, 필요시 현장 방문까지 진행해 군민 눈높이에 맞춘 밀착 상담을 제공한다.
