【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=(재)충북테크노파크는 2026년 시군구연고산업육성사업으로 선정된 ‘괴산 친환경 로컬식품의 고부가가치화를 위한 푸드테크산업 육성사업’ 설명회를 25일 중원대학교에서 개최했다고 밝혔다.
이번 설명회는 괴산군과 사업 주관기관인 충북테크노파크를 비롯해 참여기관인 중원대학교 산학협력단, 한국화학융합시험연구원, 충청북도기업진흥원이 공동으로 마련했으며, 괴산군 식품 관련 중소기업 40여 개사가 참석해 높은 관심 속에 진행됐다.
‘시군구연고산업육성사업’은 행정안전부의 지역소멸대응기금을 기반으로 중소벤처기업부, 충청북도, 괴산군이 협력하여 추진하는 사업으로, 인구감소 위기 지역의 산업 경쟁력 강화를 통해 지역 소멸 문제를 극복하고자 하는 기업 육성 및 사업화 지원사업이다.
충북테크노파크는 2022년부터 괴산군의 시군구연고산업육성사업을 지속적으로 수행해 왔으며, 올해는 농림축산식품부, 법무부, 문화체육관광부 등 관계 부처 사업과의 연계를 통해 지역 인구 유입 및 정착을 위한 다각적인 지원 전략과 프로그램을 마련했다.
이번 사업은 괴산군의 주력 산업인 ‘친환경 로컬식품 및 푸드테크’ 분야 전·후방 기업을 대상으로 추진되며, 기업당 최대 6개 프로그램(패키지 지원 제외)까지 복수 신청이 가능하고, 최대 6,400만 원까지 지원받을 수 있다.
주요 지원 프로그램으로는 ▲시제품 제작(10건) ▲성능평가 및 인증(12건) ▲지식재산권 출원·등록(20건) ▲제품 포장 디자인(5건) ▲푸드테크 스마트공정 컨설팅(1건) ▲생산성 향상(1건) ▲온라인 판로 및 글로벌 마케팅 지원 등이 있으며, 기업 수요에 맞춘 맞춤형 지원이 이루어질 예정이다.
사업 신청은 4월 22일(수) 18시까지 중소기업기술개발사업종합관리시스템(SMTECH) 홈페이지를 통해 온라인으로 접수할 수 있다. 또한 시스템 활용이 어려운 기업을 위해 4월 20일부터 22일까지 중원대학교에서 오프라인 접수처도 함께 운영된다.
박순기 충북테크노파크 원장은 “괴산의 청정 농산물과 첨단 푸드테크 기술의 결합은 빠르게 성장하는 글로벌 K-푸드 시장에서 새로운 경쟁력이 될 것”이라며, “이번 사업이 인구소멸 위기 극복의 성공 모델로 자리매김하길 기대한다”고 말했다.
