군은 새롭게 조성된 스마트 승강장에 최신 냉난방 시설을 갖춰 폭염이나 혹한기에도 쾌적한 실내 환경을 조성했다.
승강장 내부 LED 조명을 설치해 야간 대중교통 이용객의 보행 안전을 높였다.
군은 유동 인구가 많고 대중교통 이용 빈도가 가장 높은 괴산읍 내 주요 거점 5곳에 승강장을 우선 설치했다.
위치는 △동부리 699-1 화랑마트 앞(대사리 방향) △동부리 577-8 영빈장 앞(대교 방향) △동부리 659-5 시외버스터미널 건너편(대사리 방향) △서부리 415-4 문무아파트 앞(시계탑 방향) △동부리 706-7 괴산지구대 앞(시계탑 방향)이다.
