대전시교육청 위(Wee)센터가 학교 안전망 강화를 위한 전문상담인력 연수를 실시했다. 25일 고등학교 전문상담교사·전문상담사와 위 프로젝트 기관 담당자 70명이 참여해 위 클래스 운영 노하우를 공유했다.
연수는 위 클래스·센터·스쿨 간 협력을 공고히 하고 현장 운영을 내실화하기 위해 마련됐다. 기관 사업 소개와 '우리 학교 위 클래스는 이렇게 운영됩니다' 주제 발표로 현장 팁을 교환했다.
한국상담학회 수퍼바이저 이영아 우송고 선생님이 '학교상담의 정체성과 경계 세우기'를 강의하며 전문성 강조했다. 이어 2025학년도 위 프로젝트 대상 충남여고 남지현 선생님이 우수 사례를 공유해 실무 적용 방안을 제시했다.
대전시교육청은 연수를 통해 상담의 질을 높이고 학생 마음건강 안전망을 강화할 방침이다.
