[브레이크뉴스경기남부=수원 이현준기자] 수원특례시는 4월부터 공직자 독서 학습 프로그램인 북돋움을 운영하여 독서에서 얻은 통찰을 정책으로 연결하고 행정 혁신을 추진한다.
북돋움은 지난 1월 선포한 독서국가 비전을 실천하기 위한 공직자 학습 모델로 기존 수요독서회를 확대 개편한 프로그램이다.
공직자 20여 명이 4개 분임으로 나누어 자율적인 독서와 토론을 진행하며 매달 분임 토론과 분기별 연합 토론을 통해 시정 현안의 해결 방안을 모색한다.
학습용 도서는 지역 서점에서 구입하여 지역 경제와의 상생을 도모하고 독서 문화 확산에도 기여할 방침이다.
