정승환 시 환경국장은 “현재 종량제 봉투는 충분한 물량이 확보돼 있으며, 가격 또한 군·구 물가대책위원회 심의와 조례 개정 절차를 거쳐 결정되는 공공요금으로 단기적인 시장 상황에 따라 인상되지 않는다”며 “시민들께서는 불필요한 사재기를 자제해 주시길 바란다”고 말했다.
