산본 선도지구 11구역, LH 사업시행자 지정… 재건축 ‘가속페달’

군포 산본신도시 재건축의 가늠자가 될 ‘선도지구’ 정비사업이 공공 시행자 지정과 함께 본궤도에 올랐다. 군포시는 지난 27일 산본 11구역 재건축사업의 사업시행자로 한국토지주택공사(LH)를 지정·고시하고 본격적인 사업 추진에 나선다고 밝혔다.

이번 지정은 산본 9-2구역에 이어 선도지구 중 두 번째 사례로, 신도시 정비사업의 속도를 높이는 중요한 분수령이 될 전망이다.

산본 11구역은 지난해 12월 23일 특별정비구역으로 지정된 곳이다. 이번 LH 시행자 지정은 토지등소유자 동의율이 법정 기준인 과반수를 크게 웃도는 67%를 기록하며 주민들의 뜨거운 열망을 확인했다.
