과천시가 아이를 간절히 기다리는 난임 부부들의 경제적 부담을 덜어주고 건강한 임신을 돕기 위해 ‘한방난임치료 지원사업’을 확대 실시한다. 시는 오는 4월 1일부터 올해 사업 참여자를 모집한다고 밝혔다.
이번 사업은 양방 치료 외에도 다양한 치료 기회를 제공해 임신 성공률을 높이기 위해 추진되며, 특히 올해는 지원 인원을 10명으로 늘려 더 많은 시민이 혜택을 볼 수 있도록 했다.
지원 대상으로 선정되면 과천시가 지정한 관내 한의원 5곳 중 본인이 원하는 기관을 선택해 집중적인 관리를 받을 수 있다. 3개월간 1인당 최대 180만 원 한도 내에서 개인의 체질과 건강 상태에 맞춘 한약 처방은 물론, 침과 뜸 등 한방 의료 서비스를 지원받게 된다.
신청 자격은 신청일 현재 과천시에 주소를 두고 있으며, 의료기관으로부터 난임 진단을 받은 부부라면 누구나 신청 가능하다.
