(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천 서구의회가 30일 제2차 본회의를 끝으로 총 11일간 진행된 제279회 임시회 일정을 성공적으로 마무리했다고 밝혔다.
서구의회에 따르면, 이번 임시회에서는 행정사무감사 조치결과 보고를 비롯해 조례안 등 주요 안건에 대한 심사가 이뤄졌다.
본회의에 앞서 진행된 의정 자유발언에서는 구정 주요 현안 해결과 실질적인 제도 개선을 촉구하는 의원들의 다양한 목소리가 이어졌다.
김미연 의원은 인천시 일반조정교부금 제도의 불공정성을 지적하며, 행정체제 개편에 따른 재정 여건 변화를 반영한 산정 방식 개선을 촉구했다.
김원진 의원은 지난 청라 아파트 전기차 화재 사고와 관련해 미흡한 보상과 정부 대책의 사각지대를 지적하며, 피해 주민에 대한 실질적 지원과 제도 개선의 필요성을 제기했다.
홍순서 의원은 성공적인 검단구 출범을 위해 인천시의 책임 있는 협력을 촉구하며, 맞춤형 조직 설계와 인사 인센티브 마련, 분구에 따른 행정 비용의 전폭적인 지원을 강조했다.
이어 열린 본회의에서는 총 23건의 안건을 심사했으며, 이 중 ‘인천광역시 서구 생태계교란 생물 관리 조례안’ 등 16건을 원안 가결하고, ‘2025 회계연도 결산검사위원 선임의 건’ 등 5건을 수정 가결했다.
‘인천광역시 서구 행정기구 설치 조례 일부개정조례안’ 및 ‘ 인천광역시 서구 지방공무원 정원 조례 일부개정조례안’ 은 본회의에서 철회됐다.
