[브레이크뉴스경기남부=광주 이현준기자] 광주시는 31일 여성친화도시 시민참여단의 분과를 구성하고 역량 강화 교육을 진행했다.
시는 시민참여단의 전문적인 활동을 위해 주요 분야에 따라 정책 참여 분과와 정책 점검 분과로 구분하여 구성했으며 각 분과장을 선출해 체계적인 활동 기반을 마련했다. 이번 구성을 계기로 정책 참여 분과는 여성친화도시 조성 관련 사업 발굴과 지역사회 안전 점검 및 개선 활동을 수행하게 된다.
정책 점검 분과는 성인지 관점에서 시정 홍보물과 각종 행사 현장을 점검하고 공공시설 이용 불편 사항을 발굴하는 역할을 맡는다.
이날 교육은 성인지 감수성 향상을 주제로 외부 강사를 초빙해 진행됐다. 교육 참석자들은 성인지 감수성에 대한 이해를 바탕으로 시 정책을 분석하고 시민참여단의 역할과 향후 활동 방향을 공유하는 시간을 가졌다.
