이재명 대통령이 31일 현 국내 경제 위기 상황 관련해 "기존 관행에 얽매일 필요 없이 긴급할 경우 헌법이 정한 긴급재정명령을 활용할 수도 있다"고 했다.
이 대통령은 이날 오전 청와대에서 열린 제13회 국무회의 모두 발언에서 "필요 시 입법도 하고 가진 권한·역량을 최대치 발휘하도록 노력해야 한다"며 이같이 밝혔다.
OECD(경제협력개발기구)는 2026년 3월 발표 보고서에서 한국의 올해 경제성장률 전망치를 기존 2.1%에서 1.7%로 0.4%p 하향 조정한 가운데 정부(2%)·주요 기관 전망치 대비 낮은 수치로 한국 경제가 불확실성에 노출돼 있음을 시사했다.
그러면서 "중동 전쟁 여파로 세계 경제 비상등이 켜졌다"며 "OECD는 올 주요 국가 성장률 전망치를 일제히 하향 조정하면서 올 2분기 유가가 135달러 까지 치솟을 수 있다고 경고했다"고 전했다.
