브레이크뉴스 최애리 기자= 한국교육과정평가원이 올 11월 19일에 실시되는 2027학년도 대학수학능력시험 시행기본계획을 31일 발표했다.
올해 대학수학능력시험은 학생들이 공교육 범위 내에서 학교 교육을 충실히 받고, EBS 연계 교재와 강의로 보완하면 문제를 해결할 수 있도록 적정 난이도를 갖춘 문항을 출제할 계획이다.
또한, 전 영역/과목을 2015 개정 교육과정 내용과 수준에 맞춰 출제한다. 교육부의 ‘수능 출제 체계 개선안’을 충실히 적용해 안정적인 출제 난이도를 유지하며, 수능이 끝난 후 문항별 성취기준 등 교육과정 근거를 공개할 예정이다.
EBS 수능 교재 및 강의와 수능 출제의 연계는 간접 방식으로 이뤄진다. 연계 교재에 포함된 도표, 그림, 지문 등 자료 활용을 통해 연계 체감도를 높일 예정이다. 연계율은 영역/과목별 문항 수 기준으로 50% 수준을 유지한다.
아울러 수능이 안정적으로 출제·시행될 수 있도록 두 차례 모의평가(6월, 9월)를 실시해 수험생들에게 적응할 수 있는 기회를 제공한다.
필수로 지정된 한국사 영역의 경우, 변별이 아닌 고등학교 졸업자가 갖춰야 할 우리 역사에 대한 기본 소양을 평가하고, 핵심적이고 중요한 내용 중심으로 출제할 계획이다.
2022학년도 수능부터 도입된 시험 체제에 따라 국어·수학·직업탐구 영역은 ‘공통과목+선택과목’ 구조가 적용되고, 사회·과학탐구 영역은 사회·과학 구분 없이 17개 선택과목 중에서 최대 2개 과목 선택이 가능하다.
올해에도 작년과 같이 영어와 한국사, 제2외국어/한문 영역은 절대평가로 치러지며, 한국사/탐구 영역 시험에서는 수험생에게 한국사와 탐구 영역 답안지를 분리해 별도 제공한다.
장애인 권익 보호 및 편의 증진을 위해 점자문제지가 필요한 시각장애 수험생 중 희망자에게는 화면낭독프로그램이 설치된 컴퓨터와 해당 프로그램용 문제지 파일을 제공한다. 이에 더해 2교시 수학 영역 및 4교시 탐구 영역에서 필산기능을 활용할 수 있는 점자정보단말기를 제공한다.
수험생과 학부모의 경제적 부담 경감 및 저소득층 가정의 교육비 부담 완화를 위해 응시수수료 환불 제도와 국민기초생활수급자, 법정차상위계층(한부모가족지원법에 따른 지원대상자 포함)에 대한 응시수수료 면제 제도도 시행하고 있다.
응시수수료 환불 및 응시수수료 면제 제도의 구체적인 실시 방안과 절차 등은 오는 7월 6일 시행세부계획 공고 시 발표할 예정이다.
