한국부동산원(원장 이헌욱)은 지난 3월 30일 공정하고 투명한 조직문화 정착을 위해 청렴선언식을 개최했다고 밝혔다.
이헌욱 원장은 이날 선언식에서 “청렴 성과를 극대화하기 위해 반부패·청렴 정책의 전 과정에 원장이 직접 참여하겠다”며 강한 실천 의지를 밝혔다.
이를 위해 한국부동산원은 반부패·청렴 혁신추진단을 운영하고, 2026년 반부패 취약 분야와 핵심 과제를 선정해 전 직원과 공유할 계획이다. 또한 헌법이 보장하는 국민 주거권과 국토균형발전 가치 실현을 목표로 기관의 역할을 강화해 나간다는 방침이다.
특히 조직 내 청렴문화 확산을 위해 직원들과의 소통을 강화한다. 전국 사업장에 근무하는 직원들과 직접 만나 청렴에 대해 의견을 나누는 ‘청렴대장정’도 추진할 예정이다.
이 원장은 “오는 4월부터 임직원들과 청렴 시책을 함께 논의하고 고충을 듣는 간담회를 진행할 계획”이라며 “조직 전반에 청렴문화가 뿌리내릴 수 있도록 지속적으로 노력하겠다”고 말했다.
