경남TP는 31일, 고성군 조선업 중소기업의 체질 개선과 구인난 해소를 골자로 한 ‘2026년 시군구연고산업육성사업’ 지원기업 모집을 공고하고 본격적인 산업 생태계 재건에 돌입했다.
이번 사업은 중소벤처기업부의 지역특화산업육성(비R&D) 전략의 일환으로, 특히 인구 감소로 직격탄을 맞은 고성군 내 조선 협력사들의 '생존'에 방점을 찍었다.
경남TP는 기업들의 가려운 곳을 긁어줄 4개 맞춤형 프로그램을 가동한다. ▲생산공정 스마트 및 자동화 구축 지원(최대 2,000만 원, 4개사) ▲시제품 제작 및 시험인증 등 사업화 지원(최대 1,000만 원, 4개사) ▲외국인 우수인력 채용 지원(최대 200만 원, 8개사) ▲외국인 근로자 현장 지침서 및 안내서 번역 지원(최대 150만 원, 4개사) 등이다.
신청 자격은 경남 고성군에 본사나 공장을 둔 조선업 관련 중소기업으로, 오는 4월 중 중소기업 기술개발사업 종합관리시스템(RMS)을 통해 온라인 접수가 진행된다.
