【충북 브레이크뉴스】김봉수 기자=대한노인회 진천군지회는 31일 생거진천종합사회복지관에서 제16·17대 박승구 지회장의 이임식과 제18대 송영관(사진, 72세) 신임 지회장의 취임식을 성황리에 개최했다.
이날 행사에는 전도성 진천부군수를 비롯해 이명식 대한노인회 충청북도연합회장, 도내 시군 지회장, 관내 경로당 회장, 노인회 회원 등 300여 명이 참석해 진천군지회의 새로운 출발을 함께 축하했다.
이·취임식은 노인 강령 낭독을 시작으로 박승구 이임 지회장에 대한 공로패, 감사패 수여, 이임사, 취임사, 지회기 이양, 내빈 축사 순으로 진행됐으며, 지난 시간의 성과를 돌아보고 새로운 도약을 다짐하는 뜻깊은 자리로 마련됐다.
지난 2018년부터 제16대와 제17대 지회장을 역임한 박승구 전임 지회장은 이임사를 통해 “지난 8년간 진천군지회장으로서 지역 어르신들의 권익 신장과 복지 증진을 위해 봉사할 수 있었던 것은 큰 영광이었다”며 “그동안 보내주신 아낌없는 성원과 협조에 깊이 감사드리고, 앞으로도 진천군지회의 지속적인 발전을 진심으로 응원하겠다”고 소회를 밝혔다.
