방대한 예·결산 자료부터 행정사무감사 데이터까지 AI가 실시간 분석
수작업 검토 시간 획기적 단축, 정책 발굴 등 핵심 의정활동 집중 환경 조성
시범운영 마치고 3월 정식 서비스 개시 “데이터 기반 과학적 의정 지원”
충남도의회가 전국 지방의회 가운데 처음으로 인공지능(AI)을 의정 활동 전반에 도입하며 디지털 혁신을 선도하고 있다. 도의회는 인공지능 기반 의정 지원 시스템인 ‘AI 예결산분석시스템(이하 AI 의정브레인)’의 시범운영을 성공적으로 마치고, 이달부터 본격적인 정식 서비스를 개시했다고 밝혔다.
이번에 도입된 ‘AI 의정브레인’은 도의회가 보유한 방대한 양의 예산·결산서, 사업설명서, 행정사무감사 결과 등 수년간 축적된 데이터를 학습해 사용자의 질문에 즉각적인 답변과 분석 자료를 내놓는 최첨단 시스템이다.
‘AI 의정브레인’의 핵심 기능은 복잡한 예·결산 현황 파악과 행정사무감사 자료의 정밀 분석이다. 과거에는 의회사무처 직원들이 수만 페이지에 달하는 종이 문서와 파일을 일일이 대조하며 수작업으로 검토해야 했으나, 이제는 AI를 통해 단시간 내에 필요한 정보를 도출할 수 있게 됐다.
