이번 개정판은 지난해 6월 전국 최초로 발간된 초판 이후, 현장 교사 중심의 태스크포스가 수집한 최신 수업 사례와 경북형 모델을 반영한 것이 특징이다.
학생들의 인지 발달 수준과 교육과정 성취기준에 맞춘 AI 도구 활용법과 교수-학습 사례를 담았으며, 단순 검색을 넘어 교사와 학생이 인공지능과 협력해 창의적인 결과물을 만드는 수업 방향을 제시했다.
아울러 개인정보 보호, 출처 표기, 오류와 편향 대응 등 윤리·안전 가이드라인을 함께 실어, 기술 활용에 대한 책임성을 강조했다.
임종식 경북교육감은 “생성형 AI는 교실과 교육환경에 큰 변화를 가져오는 중요한 도구”라며 “이번 길라잡이가 학생들의 창의성 신장과 수업 혁신에 실질적인 도움이 되기를 기대한다”고 밝혔다.

The Gyeongsangbuk-do Office of Education has produced a revised edition of the "Generative AI Utilization Guide," tailored to the specific characteristics of elementary, middle, and high schools, and distributed it to schools throughout the province.
This revised edition is characterized by the incorporation of the latest classroom examples collected by a task force led by field teachers and the Gyeongbuk-type model, following the initial edition published last June as the first of its kind in the nation.

Gyeongbuk Superintendent of Education Lim Jong-sik stated, "Generative AI is an important tool that brings significant changes to classrooms and educational environments," adding, "I hope this guide will provide practical assistance in enhancing students' creativity and innovating teaching methods."
