참가 교수들은 부산의 미래 설계는 전문가의 역량과 시정의 실행력이 결합될 때 가능하다는 점을 분명히 했다. 이들은 박 시장과 함께 부산을 ‘다시 태어나도 살고 싶은 글로벌 허브도시’로 완성하기 위해 정책적 기반을 더욱 공고히 하겠다는 의지를 표명했다.
향후 이들은 단순 지지에 그치지 않고 분야별 정책 검증 체계를 가동할 계획이다. 교수단은 부산의 발전 과제를 지속적으로 발굴하고 이를 시정 정책으로 구체화하는 실질적인 정책 플랫폼 역할을 수행하며 박 시장의 시정을 뒷받침하겠다고 덧붙였다.
