옥천군, 자원순환센터 폐기물 카드결제 도입

그동안 폐기물 반입 시 현금결제만 가능하여 주민과 이용자들의 불편이 있었으나, 이번 카드결제 도입으로 보다 편리한 납부가 가능해질 것으로 기대된다.

특히, 카드결제 도입을 통해 현금 준비의 불편을 해소하고, 수수료 납부 과정의 편의성과 투명성이 한층 향상될 것으로 보인다.

다만, 지역화폐인 ‘향수OK카드’는 공공기관 수납 대상에서 제외되어 사용이 불가하며, 일반 신용카드 및 체크카드 결제는 가능하다.

군 관계자는 “이번 카드결제 도입으로 주민들의 이용 편의가 크게 향상될 것으로 기대된다”며 “앞으로도 주민 중심의 자원순환 행정서비스 제공을 위해 지속적으로 노력하겠다”고 밝혔다.
