충북TP는 본 사업의 지원을 받은 (주)정식품이 올해 1월, 식품의약품안전처가 도입한 ‘글로벌 해썹(HACCP)’ 인증을 획득했다고 밝혔다.
‘글로벌 해썹’은 기존 해썹(HACCP) 시스템에서 한 단계 진화하여 ▲식품 방어 ▲식품 사기 예방 ▲식품안전문화 ▲식품안전경영 시스템 등 엄격한 글로벌 기준을 반영한 고도화된 인증 제도다. (주)정식품은 지난 2022년 12월 ‘스마트 해썹’ 인증을 획득한 데 이어, 이번 글로벌 인증까지 거머쥐며 세계적 수준의 품질 관리 역량을 입증했다.
이번 성과에는 충북TP 공정혁신시뮬레이션센터의 맞춤형 기술 지원이 결정적인 역할을 했다. (주)정식품은 그간 수작업에 의존해 병목 구간이 발생했던 ‘제품 내 유체 파동 파악 비파괴 검사 시스템’을 개선하기 위해 센터의 지원을 받았다.
구체적으로 ▲3D 모델 기반 시뮬레이션 ▲맞춤형 H/W 개발 ▲딥러닝 알고리즘 기반 이미지 처리 시스템 구축 등 첨단 ICT 기술을 공정에 접목했다. 이를 통해 (주)정식품은 ▲일일 최대 검사량 30% 이상 증가 ▲검사 투입 인원 20% 효율화 ▲24시간 연속 가동 체계 구축 ▲근로자 근골격계 피로도 완화 등 가시적인 공정 혁신을 이뤄냈다.
