이번 신속집행은 단순한 예산 집행을 넘어 지역 업체 우선 계약과 물품 구매를 확대해 실질적인 내수 진작과 경제 선순환 구조 구축에 초점을 맞췄다.
특히 지역 기업과의 협력을 강화해 재정 투입 효과가 지역 경제 전반으로 확산될 수 있도록 한다는 방침이다.
