특히 ㈜청안복합산업단지가 신청한 ㈜교보증권의 2,589억 원 규모 사업비 대출이 확정되면서 안정적인 재원을 통한 사업 기반이 강화됐다.
협약서에는 상호협력 체계 구축, 행정·제도적 지원, 각종 인·허가 절차 이행, 산업기반 조성 협력, 민원 최소화 방안을 담았다.
주요 유치 업종은 금속가공제품, 전기장비, 1차금속, 전기부품, 컴퓨터, 영상·음향, 통신장비 제조업이다.
