[브레이크뉴스=정철규 기자] 진주시는 2일 ‘월아산 숲속의 진주’ 산돌마당에서 열린 ‘가드닝 토크쇼 및 정원 콘서트’를 시민들의 큰 호응 속에 마무리했다.
이번 행사는 일상 속 정원문화를 확산하고, 시민의 참여 기반을 확대하기 위해 마련된 프로그램으로, 정원을 주제로 한 공감형 토크와 문화 공연이 어우러진 복합 문화 행사로 진행됐다.
특히 월아산 일대에 펼쳐진 봄 풍경과 만개한 벚꽃이 어우러지며, 자연 속에서 정원의 가치를 온전히 느낄 수 있는 특별한 시간을 선사했다.
이날 행사는 정원 관련 저서 「정원의 위로」를 집필한 김선미 동아일보 기자의 사회로 진행됐으며, 개인 정원주와 시민 정원사, 식물 전문가들이 참여해 정원 가꾸기 경험과 관리 기술을 공유하고 시민들과의 공감과 소통의 시간을 가졌다.
