홍천군은 강원특별자치도와 손잡고 이달부터 군민들의 행정적 불편을 해소하고 권익을 적극 보호하기 위한 신규 시책, ‘마을 행정사’ 제도를 본격적으로 운영한다고 밝혔다.
‘마을 행정사’는 일상생활 속에서 생소한 행정 용어나 복잡한 서류 작성 등에 어려움을 겪는 군민들을 위해, 전문 행정사가 직접 나서 무료로 상담과 서류 작성을 도와주는 맞춤형 행정 서비스다.
주요 지원 분야는 진정, 건의, 질의, 청원, 이의신청 등 군민 권리 구제와 밀접한 서류 작성 지원이며, 이 외에도 전반적인 행정 업무 처리 절차에 대한 친절한 길라잡이 역할도 함께 수행한다.
상담의 문턱도 대폭 낮췄다. 평상시에는 군민 편의를 위해 전화, 전자우편, 팩스 등을 통한 비대면 상시 상담이 진행되며, 보다 깊이 있는 논의가 필요한 경우 담당 행정사 사무소를 직접 방문할 수도 있다.
