포천시는 지난 3월 30일부터 4월 1일까지 부서별 성과지표 담당자들을 대상으로 ‘성과지표 설정 역량 강화 교육’과 ‘1:1 맞춤형 컨설팅’을 강도 높게 실시했다고 밝혔다.

이번 교육과 컨설팅은 기존의 성과지표가 단순한 실적 채우기용으로 전락하는 것을 방지하고, 정책의 실제 효과를 날카롭게 측정할 수 있는 강력한 실무 도구로 탈바꿈시키기 위해 전격 마련됐다.
먼저 30일 진행된 교육에서는 시 성과관리팀장이 직접 나서 ‘2026년 통합성과관리(BSC) 운영 계획’을 브리핑하며 평가 절차와 개선 사항을 공유했다. 이어 자치전략연구소 임현준 강사가 바통을 이어받아 성과관리의 기본 개념부터 우수사례 분석, 효과적인 목표 설정 노하우 등을 실무 중심으로 생생하게 전달해 참석자들의 뜨거운 호응을 이끌어냈다.
