고광희 새마을부녀회장은 “겨울철을 누구보다 외롭고 힘들게 보냈을 지역 내 소외계층 이웃들에게 봄날의 따스한 햇살 같은 온기가 전해지길 바라는 마음으로 기부를 결정했다”고 따뜻한 소감을 전했다.
