브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 대우건설은 글로벌 에너지 시장 변화에 기민하게 대응하고, 원자력 사업 확대에 대비하기 위해 일부 조직개편을 단행했다고 3일 밝혔다.
대우건설은 최근 글로벌 에너지 시장 불확실성이 확대되는 가운데, 안정적인 전력 공급원으로서 원자력의 중요성이 부각되며 관련 사업 기회가 늘어날 것으로 전망하고 있다.
이에 따라 대우건설은 기존 해외사업단과 원자력사업단을 통합·확대해 ‘글로벌인프라본부’를 신설하고, 현재 해외사업단을 이끌고 있는 한승 전무를 본부장으로 내정했다.
이번 조직개편은 변화하는 글로벌 시장환경에 보다 능동적이고 선제적으로 대응하기 위한 전략적 조치로, 대우건설은 팀코리아 체코 원전 시공주관사에 이어 미국과 베트남 등 신규 해외 원전 시장 참여를 추진 중이다.
대우건설은 글로벌 네트워크를 갖춘 해외사업단의 영업 역량과 원자력사업단의 기술 경쟁력을 결합해 시너지 효과를 극대화할 수 있을 것으로 기대하고 있다.
