특히 시는 정보 접근이 어려운 안전 취약계층을 고려해 맞춤형으로 제작했으며, 총 1,500부를 노인복지관과 장애인복지관, 경로당, 읍면동 행정복지센터 등 시민 이용이 많은 공공시설에 비치할 예정이다.
책자에는 지진과 홍수 등 자연재난을 비롯해 보행 및 교통사고 예방 요령, 범죄 예방 대책, 전염병 등 보건 위기 상황 대응 방법까지 포함돼 있어 시민들의 비상 대응 능력 향상에 도움이 될 것으로 기대된다.
