대학일자리플러스센터는 2026년 첫 프로그램으로 재학생과 지역 청년을 대상으로 ‘공통직무활용(실무에서 바로 통하는 AI를 활용한 비즈니스 프레젠테이션)’ 과정을 지난 4일부터 5일까지 운영했다고 밝혔다.
이번 교육은 기업 현장에서 요구되는 생성형 AI 활용 능력과 비즈니스 프레젠테이션 역량을 동시에 강화하기 위해 마련됐다. 교육 과정은 발표 전략 수립부터 콘텐츠 구성, 스토리텔링, 시각화까지 전 과정을 생성형 AI 도구를 활용한 실습 중심으로 진행됐다. 특히 자료 조사, 기획, 디자인, 발표자료 제작 전 과정을 직접 수행하도록 구성해 현장 적용 능력 제고에 초점을 맞췄다.
교육에 참여한 권차리비(호텔관광경영 3학년) 학생은 “AI를 활용해 발표 자료를 직접 제작하고 전문가 피드백까지 받아 실제 업무에 바로 활용할 수 있는 역량을 갖추게 됐다”고 소감을 밝혔다.
최근 생성형 AI 기술 확산으로 기업의 업무 환경과 채용 방식이 빠르게 변화하면서 자기소개서 작성과 면접 준비, 직무 역량 개발 등 취업 준비 전 과정에서 AI 활용 능력이 핵심 경쟁력으로 부상하고 있다.
이에 따라 대학일자리플러스센터는 기존 특강 중심의 취업 지원을 넘어, AI 기반 실무 역량과 취업 준비 역량을 동시에 강화하는 교육 프로그램을 단계적으로 확대할 계획이다. 주요 프로그램으로는 ▲AI 기반 비즈니스 프레젠테이션 ▲생성형 AI 오피스 실무 ▲GPT 자기소개서 캠프 ▲면접 마스터 클래스 ▲AI 역량검사 기반 취업 컨설팅 등이 포함된다.
하성 대학일자리플러스센터장은 “생성형 AI 활용 능력은 이제 취업 준비를 넘어 직무 수행에 필수 역량으로 자리 잡고 있다”며 “앞으로도 AI 기반 취업지원 프로그램을 지속 확대해 학생들의 취업 경쟁력과 실무 능력을 함께 높이겠다”고 말했다.
한편 대학일자리플러스센터는 고용노동부 사업을 통해 재학생과 졸업생, 지역 청년을 대상으로 진로 상담과 취업 프로그램, 취업 연계 서비스 등 맞춤형 지원을 제공하고 있다.

The curriculum was conducted in a practice-oriented manner using Generative AI tools, covering the entire process from establishing presentation strategies to structuring content, storytelling, and visualization. In particular, the program focused on enhancing practical application skills by having participants directly perform the entire process of data research, planning, design, and presentation material production.

With the recent spread of generative AI technology rapidly changing corporate work environments and recruitment methods, the ability to utilize AI is emerging as a core competitive advantage throughout the entire job preparation process, including writing cover letters, preparing for interviews, and developing job competencies.
Accordingly, the University Job Plus Center plans to gradually expand educational programs that simultaneously strengthen AI-based practical skills and job preparation capabilities, moving beyond existing job support centered on special lectures. Key programs include ▲AI-based Business Presentation ▲Generative AI Office Practical Skills ▲GPT Cover Letter Camp ▲Interview Master Class ▲AI Competency Test-based Job Consulting.
Ha Seong, Director of the University Job Plus Center, said, “The ability to utilize generative AI is now establishing itself as an essential competency for job performance, going beyond just job preparation,” adding, “We will continue to expand AI-based job support programs to enhance both students’ job competitiveness and practical skills.”
Meanwhile, the University Job Plus Center provides customized support, including career counseling, employment programs, and job placement services, to current students, graduates, and local youth through a project funded by the Ministry of Employment and Labor.
