【충북 브레이크뉴스】김봉수 기자=음성군이 전국 지자체 중 최초로 인공지능 기술을 활용한 외국인 주민 화재안전 교육시스템인 ‘모두의 안전, 함께하는 음성’ 플랫폼을 한국소방산업기술원과 함께 구축하고 7일부터 본격적인 운영에 돌입한다고 밝혔다.

이용자는 별도의 애플리케이션 설치 없이 QR코드나 링크를 통해 접속할 수 있는 ‘PWA(Progressive Web App)’ 방식을 채택해 접근성을 높였으며, 인터넷이 연결되지 않는 환경에서도 핵심 기능을 사용할 수 있도록 설계됐다.
교육 시스템은 외국인 주민들이 실제 현장에서 즉각 활용할 수 있는 실무 중심의 콘텐츠로 구성됐으며, 한국어를 비롯해 영어, 베트남어, 중국어, 캄보디아어, 네팔어 등 총 6개 국어를 지원해 언어 소통의 어려움을 해결했다.

안은숙 문화복지국장은 “이번 시스템 구축을 통해 외국인 주민들이 화재 등 재난 상황에서 스스로를 보호할 수 있는 실질적인 대응 능력을 갖추게 되길 기대한다”며 “앞으로도 인공지능을 활용한 정책을 지속적으로 발굴해, 모든 군민이 더욱 안전하게 생활할 수 있는 여건 조성에 최선을 다하겠다”고 말했다.
