정상신 대전교육감 예비후보가 학교 밖 청소년 문제 해결과 교육 사각지대 해소를 위해 '공립 대안학교 3개교 신설'을 핵심으로 하는 정책 공약을 발표했다.
이번 공약은 대전 교육의 고질적인 '한 줄 세우기' 식 일방통행 교육을 끝내고, 학생 개개인의 속도와 적성을 존중하는 '맞춤형 교육 시스템'을 구축하겠다는 구상이다.
