이상국 박사는 “서 후보가 팔공산을 진심으로 아끼고 있고, 여러 후보들 가운데 공약이 가장 구체적이며 실현 가능성도 담고 있다”고 말했다. 왕건길 아카데미 수료 등 현장 경험을 강조하며 정책 신뢰도를 높였다는 평가다.
서호영 예비후보는 “팔공산을 동구와 대구를 대표하는 자산으로 키우겠다. 반드시 구청장이 되어 공약을 실천하겠다”고 각오를 밝혔다.
