【충북 브레이크뉴스】김봉수 기자=충북 증평군이 지역 청소년들이 스스로 기획하고 참여하는 문화 활동의 장을 마련하기 위해 청소년 버스킹 프로그램 ‘놀토’를 이달 11일부터 본격 운영한다.
이번 사업은 청소년들이 자유롭게 소통하고 다양한 문화 활동을 펼칠 수 있는 열린 무대를 제공해 자율성과 창의성을 키우는 동시에 건강한 또래 문화 형성을 돕기 위해 마련됐다.

오프라인 프로그램은 증평군청소년문화의집과 김득신문학관 일원에서 진행된다.
