군은 이번 사업을 통해 총 48호 규모의 매입임대주택을 공급하며, 대가야읍 쾌빈리 20호와 고아리 28호로 구성된다고 밝혔다. 유형별로는 청년형 21호, 신혼부부형 19호, 일반형 8호로 구분해 모집한다.
특히 청년과 신혼부부 입주자에게는 임대료의 40%를 지원하는 혜택이 제공된다. 지원 기간은 기본 2년이며, 재계약 시 2회까지 연장이 가능해 최대 6년간 지원받을 수 있다.
주택 열람은 2026년 4월 7일부터 15일까지 가능하며, 신청은 4월 16일과 17일 이틀간 접수한다. 신청 방법은 고령군청 민원실 방문 접수 또는 등기우편을 통해 가능하다.
고령군 관계자는 “이번 매입임대주택 지원사업이 청년과 신혼부부의 주거 부담을 완화하고, 인구 유입과 지역 정착을 유도하는 데 크게 기여할 것으로 기대한다”고 밝혔다.
