(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 부천시가 8일, 경기도가 실시한 2026년 세외수입 운영 종합평가에서 ‘우수’ 기관으로 선정돼 기관 표창과 함께 시상금 1,500만 원을 확보함에 따라 5년 연속 기관 표창을 수상하며 세입 행정의 안정적 운영 성과를 이어가고 있다고 밝혔다.
부천시에 따르면, 이번 평가는 도내 31개 시군을 5개 그룹으로 나눠 세외수입 징수와 운영 전반을 종합적으로 평가하는 제도로, 지방재정 확충과 건전한 세입 운영을 유도하기 위해 매년 시행되고 있다.
평가 항목은 세외수입 징수실적, 체납액 정리실적, 기관장 관심도, 신규 세원 발굴 및 제도개선, 전담조직 운영 등 5개 분야 9개 지표로 구성됐다.
부천시는‘세입증대특별 TF팀’을 중심으로 부서 간 협업체계를 강화하고, 체계적인 세입 관리와 효율적인 체납 정리를 추진해 징수율 제고와 체납액 감소 성과를 거둔 점에서 높은 평가를 받았다.
이와 함께 세외수입 담당자 대상 실무교육과 우수사례 공유를 통해 업무 전문성을 높이고, 신규 세원 발굴과 제도개선을 지속적으로 추진한 점도 전반적인 평가 지표에서 긍정적인 평가로 이어졌다.
