【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=충청북도교육청은 8일 오전, 중등 교장 및 교육지원청 교육과장 등 200여 명을 대상으로 <2026년 상반기 중등 교장 미래역량강화 연수>를 운영했다.
이번 연수는 중동발 에너지 위기에 따른 공공기관 차량 2부제 등 에너지 수요 관리 정책에 적극 동참하기 위해 충북교육청 <다채움>에서 제공하는 온라인 화상회의 서비스 <채움모니터>를 활용한 비대면 방식으로 진행됐다.
연수는 <실용으로 여는 학교, AI로 확장하는 미래 리더십>을 주제로, AI 기반 교육환경 변화에 대응하는 학교 관리자의 미래교육 이해와 리더십 역량 강화를 중심으로 운영됐다.
이날 연수에서는 김미향 한국교원대학교부설미호중학교 교사가 중등 수업혁신 연구 성과를 발표하며 학생 질문을 중심으로 탐구와 참여를 이끄는 수업 사례를 공유했다. 이를 통해 학생 참여형 수업과 과정 중심 평가로의 교실 변화를 제시했다.
이어 홍영일 재미와의미연구소 대표(서울대학교 교육연구소 객원연구원)는 <AI는 리더의 탁월한 파트너>를 주제로 특강을 진행해, AI를 학교 운영과 의사결정을 지원하는 도구로 활용하는 방향과 관리자의 미래 대응 역량 강화 방안을 제시했다.
충북교육청은 이번 연수를 계기로 학교 현장의 수업혁신과 평가 개선이 실질적으로 이루어질 수 있도록 지원하고, AI 기반 학교 운영이 안정적으로 정착되도록 현장 지원을 강화해 나갈 계획이다.
윤건영 교육감은 “수업의 변화가 곧 교육의 변화이며, 학교 관리자의 리더십이 그 출발점”이라며 “AI 기반 교육환경 변화 속에서 학교가 실용적인 방향을 설정하고 미래를 준비할 수 있도록 적극 지원하겠다.”라고 말했다.
