여주시, 2026년 수선유지급여사업 추진

[브레이크뉴스경기남부=여주 이현준기자] 여주시는 주거취약계층의 주거안정을 위해 자가주택 개보수를 지원하는 2026년 수선유지급여사업을 4월부터 본격적으로 추진한다.

수선유지급여 사업은 기준 중위소득 48% 이하의 주거급여 수급자 중 자가가구를 대상으로 주택 노후도와 소득 수준에 맞춰 주택 수선을 지원하는 정책이다.

여주시는 올해 사업에 필요한 예산을 부담하고 한국토지주택공사 경기남부지역본부는 공사 발주와 감독 등 전반적인 업무를 수행한다. 올해 투입되는 예산은 총 6억 원 규모로 총 53가구를 지원할 계획이다. 수선 범위에 따라 경보수 30가구에 최대 590만 원, 중보수 11가구에 최대 1,095만 원, 대보수 12가구에는 최대 1,601만 원을 지원한다.
