[브레이크뉴스경기남부=시흥 이현준기자] 시흥시는 오이도 문화복지센터에서 운영 중인 오이도 공유쌀독 사업이 주민들의 자발적인 참여 속에 지역 나눔 문화의 새로운 모델로 자리 잡고 있다.
