[브레이크뉴스경기남부=시흥 이현준기자] 시흥시인재양성재단이 운영하는 학교복합시설 소래너나들이센터가 지난 4월 8일 소래초등학교와 함께한 리더십 캠프를 마무리했다.
이번 캠프에는 소래초등학교 3학년부터 6학년 학급 임원 28명이 참여했으며 또래 집단 내에서의 역할과 책임을 이해하고 건강한 리더십을 형성하기 위해 마련됐다.
슬기로운 리더 생활을 주제로 진행된 프로그램은 리더십 자질 탐색과 팀 단합 활동 및 체험 중심 교육으로 구성되어 학생들이 협력과 배려의 가치를 직접 경험할 수 있도록 운영했다.
