【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=충청북도교육청은 10일, 충북교육청 사랑관 세미나실에서 청주권 교감 180명과 중부권 교장 100명 등 총 280여 명을 대상으로 <2026년 학교 관리자 성희롱·성폭력·성매매 예방 교육>을 실시했다.
이번 교육은 학교 내 성인지 감수성을 높이고 안전한 교육 환경을 조성하기 위해 마련됐으며, 성희롱·성폭력·성매매 예방 교육의 실효성을 높이고 관리자들의 성인권 의식과 양성평등 인식을 강화하는 데 중점을 두었다.
특히 학교 현장의 책임자인 고위직 관리자들의 인식 변화를 통해 조직 내 성비위 발생을 사전에 차단하는 데 목적을 두고 운영됐다.
교육은 성희롱·성폭력·성매매 예방을 중심으로 실제 학교 현장에서 발생할 수 있는 사례를 반영한 참여형 프로그램으로 진행됐다.
특히 전 서울지방경찰청 여성청소년과 수사팀장을 역임한 박하연 강사가 참여해 성폭력 사건 대응 사례를 중심으로 한 실무형 교육을 진행하며 현장 이해도를 높였다.
이번 교육은 「양성평등기본법」 등 관련 법령과 여성가족부 「2026년 폭력 예방교육 운영안내」에 따른 고위직 맞춤형 별도 교육으로 추진되며, 도내 각급 학교 교장·교감·행정실장을 대상으로 필수 이수 과정으로 운영된다.
윤건영 교육감은 “학교 관리자의 판단과 실천이 학교 문화를 만든다.”라며 “성인지 감수성과 책임 있는 태도로 안전하고 존중받는 학교를 만들어 가겠다.”라고 말했다.
한편, 충북교육청은 2일(목)부터 24일(금)까지 북부·청주·중부·남부 등 4개 권역으로 나누어 순회 교육을 실시하고 있다.
