이번 교육은 충청북도북부노인보호전문기관과 협력해 5월 22일 오후 1시부터 5시까지 한빛복지관 교육1실에서 진행된다.
노인복지 현장의 최일선에서 근무하는 종사자들이 인권의 중요성을 깊이 이해하고 실무에서 이를 실천할 수 있는 역량을 갖추는 데 중점을 뒀다.
노인 인권의 법적 근거와 기본 개념부터 인권 감수성 향상 실습, 실제 인권침해 사례 분석 및 대응 방안 마련까지 현장에 실질적인 도움이 되는 전문 커리큘럼으로 4시간 동안 알차게 구성될 예정이다.
참여를 희망하는 관내 노인복지시설 종사자는 5월 20일까지 충청북도북부노인보호전문기관 누리집을 통해 선착순으로 신청할 수 있다.
