창녕군, 올해 일자리 창출과 고용률 강화 추진

[브레이크뉴스=황민성 기자] 창녕군은 올해 일자리 1만3,302개 창출과 고용률(15~64세) 73.5% 달성을 목표로 ‘2026년 지역일자리 공시제 세부계획’을 수립·공시했다고 13일 밝혔다.

이번 계획은 ‘새롭고 변화된 좋은 일자리로 군민을 신나게’라는 비전 아래 세대별 맞춤형 일자리사업 추진, 스마트 일자리 인프라 구축, 기업유치 및 산업환경 개선, 농업·관광 기반 일자리 확대, 민간협업 일자리 활성화 등 5대 주요 전략과 18대 실천 과제로 구성했다.

특히 취업 취약계층 일자리 제공, 청년 정책 강화, 산업단지 조성 및 기업유치, 정주여건 개선 등을 통해 지역 맞춤형 일자리 창출과 고용 기반 강화를 추진할 계획이다.

군 관계자는 “지역 여건을 반영한 실효성 있는 일자리 정책을 통해 군민이 체감할 수 있는 양질의 일자리를 지속적으로 확대해 나가겠다”고 밝혔다.
