<브레이크뉴스 횡성 = 김일웅 기자> 횡성군이 행정 역량의 객관적 지표인 '정부합동평가'에서 우수한 성과를 거두기 위해 지휘부를 필두로 전 부서가 원팀(One-Team) 체제에 돌입했다.
횡성군은 14일 군청 회의실에서 최태영 부군수 주재로 '2026년 정부합동평가 우수성과 달성을 위한 지휘부 추진계획 보고회'를 열고, 본격적인 실적 향상 대응 전략을 수립했다고 밝혔다.

이번 보고회는 정부합동평가 대상 지표에 대한 부서별 추진 현황을 조기에 점검함으로써 작년도의 미비점을 철저히 보완하고, 올해 상위권 도약을 위한 구체적인 실행 방안을 모색하기 위해 마련됐다.
이날 회의에서는 기획예산담당관의 총괄 보고를 시작으로 각 부서장이 담당 지표별 달성 목표와 세부 추진 계획을 발표했다. 특히, 단일 부서의 노력만으로는 한계가 있는 복합 지표들에 대해 부서 간 유기적인 협업 방안을 집중적으로 논의하고, 실질적인 목표 달성 가능성을 심도 있게 점검했다.
군은 올해 확실한 성과를 내기 위해 ▲분기별 실적 상시 점검 체계 가동 ▲부진 지표에 대한 1대1 맞춤형 컨설팅 ▲부서 간 협업 지표 관리 강화 등을 중점 과제로 선정했다. 이를 통해 지휘부를 중심으로 전 공직자의 행정 역량을 총결집한다는 방침이다.
