16일 포천시에 따르면, 시는 지난 15일부터 오는 29일까지 청년들의 진로 탐색 및 도전 역량 강화를 목적으로 추진하는 ‘2026년 포천시 경기청년 사다리 프로그램’ 사업 참여자를 공개 모집한다고 밝혔다.
포천시가 주최하고 삼육대학교가 위탁 운영하는 이번 사업은 청년들에게 해외대학 연수라는 특별한 기회를 제공하기 위해 마련됐다. 최종 선발된 청년들에게는 항공권을 비롯해 해외대학 연수비, 숙식비, 현지 교통패스, 여행자 보험 등 연수에 필요한 제반 비용 전액이 파격적으로 지원된다.
참여 대상은 공고일(4월 15일) 기준 주민등록상 포천시에 거주하는 19세~49세 청년이다. 시는 경제적·사회적으로 어려움을 겪는 취약계층 청년 6명 이상을 필수로 포함해 총 20명을 선발할 계획이다.
선발 과정은 1차 서류심사와 2차 면접 심사로 엄격하게 진행되며, 특히 자기개발계획서를 중심으로 참여자의 열정과 발전 가능성을 종합적으로 평가하게 된다.
