【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=대구광역시의회가 오는 21일부터 30일까지 10일간 제324회 임시회를 개최해 조례안 등 주요 안건 심의에 돌입한다.
이번 임시회에서는 제·개정 조례안 13건을 포함해 모두 18건의 안건이 상정됐다. 특히 출자·출연기관 임원 임기 조정, 치매 돌봄 체계 정비, 청소년부모 지원 등 시민 생활과 직결된 조례들이 대거 포함돼 이목이 쏠린다.
이성오 의원이 발의한 ‘정무·정책보좌공무원 및 출자·출연기관 임원 임기 조정 조례안’도 주요 안건으로 꼽힌다. 이 조례안은 시장 교체 시 임원이 일괄 교체되는 구조를 완화해 행정의 연속성을 확보하는 것이 골자다.
이밖에도 경증치매노인 지원체계를 ‘기억돌봄학교’ 중심으로 개편하는 조례, 청소년부모 가정 지원 근거를 마련하는 조례, 친환경 현수막 사용 확대 조례 등 복지와 환경 관련 입법도 함께 다뤄진다.
안전 및 산업 분야에서는 소방시설 불법행위 신고포상 확대, 건설신기술 활용 촉진 등 제도 개선에 관한 논의도 이어질 전망이다.
임시회 첫날인 21일에는 제1차 본회의에서 회기 결정 등 기본 안건이 처리된다. 이어 22일부터 29일까지는 상임위원회별 안건 심사와 현장방문이 예정돼 있다. 현장 점검은 그린스타트업타운 조성 현장, 대구테크노파크, 디아크 문화관광 사업지 등에서 진행될 예정이다.
30일 열리는 제2차 본회의에서는 각종 안건 의결과 함께 5분 자유발언이 이뤄진다. 이날 발언에서는 SK AI데이터센터 추진, 서부정류장역 공사 지연, 장기요양 인력 부족, 대구삼성라이온즈파크 운영 문제, 염색산단 위기, 응급실 이송체계 문제 등이 다뤄질 전망이다.
