[브레이크뉴스=정철규 기자] 고용노동부 진주지청의 ‘일자리 수요데이’가 경기 침체와 고용 불안 속에서 구직자와 기업을 연결하며 지역사회에 온기를 전하고 있다.
일자리 수요데이는 채용 수요가 있는 기업과 취업을 희망하는 구직자를 한자리에 모아 연결하는 행사로 매월 2회 이상 정기적으로 운영되며 구직자 누구나 열린 기회의 장 기능을 하고 있다.
행사는 지난 2025년에는 총 27회에 걸쳐 49개 기업이 참여해 396명의 구직자가 행사에 참여하는 성과를 거뒀으며, 올해 4월 현재에도 10회 개최에 313명이 참여하는 등 꾸준한 증가세를 이어가고 있다.
행사 현장에는 취업을 준비하는 청년부터 경력 단절 이후 다시 도전에 나선 중장년층까지 다양한 사연을 가진 구직자들이 서로를 응원하며 희망을 나누는 모습이 이어져 의미를 더하고 있다.

이날 면접은 오전 16명, 오후 33명 등 총 49명을 대상으로 진행됐으며, 병원 측은 지원자 한 명 한 명과 비전에 대해 진심 어린 대화를 나누고 신뢰를 더하는 따뜻한 채용 문화를 보여줬다.
이날 행사에 참여한 동진주제일병원은 오는 5월 개원을 앞두고 안정적인 근무 환경과 지역 의료기관으로서의 사명을 강조하며 인재 확보에 나섰고, 구직자들 역시 현장에서 취업의 희망과 자신감을 되찾는 계기가 됐다.
